A space to pause, reflect, and see things differently.

Sometimes you’re looking for clarity. Sometimes you just need space to say things out loud and make sense of what’s been sitting underneath.

That’s the space I create.

It’s not always something that needs fixing. Sometimes, it just needs space to be talked through.

We look at what's really going on through:

Body

Language

Emotions

Your body reacts too.

Sometimes the body reacts to a situation before the mind has fully understood why.

The words you use matter.

Changing how we talk to ourselves and others can change how we experience situations.

Emotions shape reactions.

Our emotions influence how we interpret, connect and respond to what's around us.

My coaching is grounded in ontological coaching, listening beyond the words, and noticing what’s shaping how and what you may be experiencing.

As you begin to notice them more closely, new possibilities start to open up.

MANISHA &

I bring over 40 years of life experience. Navigating the corporate world, raising a family, relocating across countries, and facing moments of pressure, high standards, and burnout.

And then, moments that made me stop and really listen.

Something shifted.

I became more interested in what sits underneath, and how seeing things differently can change the way we experience life.

That’s what led me to this work and how MyGo emerged.

A different kind of question

After more than twenty years working in a fast-paced, delivery focused environments. I reached a point where I started asking a different kind of question.

Not just what next, but what actually feels meaningful now?

Rhythm was interrupted

A series of personal health scares forced me to stop.

Not gradually, but properly stop.

And in that space, something became very clear.

My body had been telling me something for a long time.

Something my mind had been too busy to hear.

What I began to see

My work has always involved people and process, fast-moving, practical, and focused on improving how things work. But the part that stayed with me most was always the human part.

The conversations.

The moments where people opened up.

The times people sought me out because they needed space to think, talk, or make sense of something.

What it was becoming

For years, I had simply seen it as part of who I was.

Then one conversation at a critical point in my life, made me see things differently.

What had always felt natural to me suddenly had a name and a direction.

Something I decided to lean into more intentionally.

It was becoming… my go.

The name came together naturally, and once it did, it felt deeply personal.

It holds the names of my children: Mya and Goku.

Two of the most important parts of my world.

Reflections from Conversations

“The conversation suprised me"

“There was a moment where something shifted. Just by saying it out loud.”

“I was surprised how easily I was able to open up to her"

“She didn’t give advice. She helped me find my own clarity.”

"She creates a space where you feel safe enough to be honest… even with yourself.”

“I didn’t feel judged or guided, just supported to see things for myself.”

“The questions were simple, but they made me see things completely differently.”

"I wasn't expecting the change I was able to make"

“Saying it out loud helped me realise what actually matters to me.”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it felt easy to talk, and that made all the difference"

“Nothing felt complicated. Just a conversation that helped me see things more clearly.”

"I found myself thinking about things differently days later.”
